Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

During busy periods, sale events or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed if there's a delay.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) - £3.99

Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £75

Express Delivery (1–2 business days) - £6.99

International Delivery

We ship internationally at a flat rate of £14.99. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. We are not responsible for customs delays or any import duties charged by the destination country - these are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent in your dispatch confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@lumiscent.co.uk with your order number and we'll resolve it promptly.
